I have issues with the online application. Who do I contact for help?

I received an error message when logging back into my application. What should I do?
If you receive an error message, please clear your cache and your browser’s history. You cannot access the application if you are already logged in to MyCWU or have a history of CWU websites in your browser. Please remember to access your in-progress application through the direct link sent via email when you first saved your application.

How do I set up my MyCWU login?
Please visit our CWU Account Management page for help setting up your MyCWU account.

I am unable to upload a file into my application, what can I do?
Please contact the Graduate School at masters@cwu.edu with your file submission. A graduate school staff member will add the file to your online application.

I forgot to add a prior school and I have already submitted. What do I do?
Please contact the Graduate School at masters@cwu.edu with your previous school’s information and they will add it to your online application.

I have already submitted my application but would like to provide an updated statement or resume. What should I do?
Please contact masters@cwu.edu with the request and the updated file. A staff member will upload the new statement or resume to your application.
