Mariah Sebastiani, GSA President

Welcome to the Graduate Student Association (GSA)! We are the official graduate student organization at Central Washington University. Our community-centered approach promotes social connectedness amongst graduate students across all disciplines and modalities.

As a student organization, GSA aspires to offer a platform for transdisciplinary collaboration, a space to create meaningful communities and a voice to represent graduate students at Central. After all, we graduate students feel as an integral component of this institution, where we have the privilege of instructing and interacting with many undergrads as we master new skills and ways of thinking. In the process, we hope, we get to inspire the undergraduates of today to become the graduate students of tomorrow. The student-centered mentorship, research and teaching opportunities we received in graduate studies make it more than just feasible to study at Central, it makes it a journey of passion into what we find more relevant in life.

We look forward to you joining our community. Kind regards,

Mariah Sebastiani, GSA President
