Messaging
At CWU we believe in your future. Read more about our brand and message here.
At CWU, the branding is more than just a logo or tagline; it's a philosophy that permeates every facet of the university experience. When you step onto the campus, engage with the faculty, or immerse yourself in one of the countless opportunities for personal growth and development, the message is clear: You belong here.
The CWU Branding isn't simply about marketing; it's about building a community, a sense of shared purpose, and a connection that resonates with students, faculty, and staff alike. It's a statement that goes beyond academia, reaching into the very core of who you are and what you hope to become. Whether you're just beginning your journey or are well along your educational path, CWU's branding promises to help you find your place, assuring you that you will Create Your Future here.
Our brand promise
Create Your Future. This clear and simple statement is what CWU is all about. It expresses how we want to be understood and valued by the audiences we care about. And it gives direction and inspiration for all our communications.
Our brand also highlights five key messaging themes that inform a strategic and intentional narrative about us through the lens of our brand promise:
- We’re here for your future.
- You will do something great.
- You belong here.
- We build community.
- Central is at the center of a better future.
Correct and consistent use the brand messaging and visual identity will help us influence and shape a positive brand image that is in line with how we understand ourselves and the messages we're trying to advance in the world. These brand guidelines will help us do that.
