Our Bachelor of Science degree in Craft Brewing includes a hands-on, science-based experience culminating in a brewery internship where you get to experience the field firsthand.Our Minor is designed for Science Majors, with shared prerequisites, and both our Minor and Certificate programs include hands-on projects exploring the world of fermentation.
